The owner of this property was excited to transform their space with a brand new kitchen installation! We freshened up the walls and ceilings, replaced carpets and underlay in both bedrooms, the dining room, and both sets of stairs, and added stunning laminate in the living room. I scored a fantastic deal on kitchen laminate, which also extends to the hallway leading to the bathroom and utility room. We tackled the previous tenants' leftover items with ease, sanded the stair handrails back to their beautiful wood finish, treated any signs of damp, and are ready to replace the leaking front guttering, ensuring everything shines with a fresh coat of exterior gloss!
